The holiday flat rental Le Bouganvillee is situated in the north-west of Sardinia, at Platamona (Sassari province); it is a tourist resort on a 12-kilometre long sandy shore, at the centre of the Gulf of Asinara. The residence is located in a shady pinewood, within easy walking distance from the sea and a few minutes by car from Sassari and Porto Torres. Alghero-Fertilia Airport can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. The self-catering flats can be let all the year and have one to three bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Each flat is air-conditioned and fully furnished with a TV set, a well-equipped kitchenette, for all culinary needs and a shared laundry room. The ground-floor flats have a small, private garden, while the first
and second-floor flats are provided with balconies. The residence is set in a large enclosed garden and has private parking areas. Flats sleep two up to eight people. Linen services, daily cleaning and any kind of assistance are available on request and can be provided by the caretakers who are on service inside the residence. A commercial centre near the residence offers some sports facilities such as tennis grounds and a swimming-pool. The residence is opened all the year.
