Camping La Verna lies near Chiusi della Verna on the borders of the beaufiful Casentino Forest Park. It is in the heart of one of the most attractive landscapes in Tuscany, where spirituality and beauty of nature meet in a context of sublime tranquillity. The campsite is just a couple of kilometres from the majestic Sanctuary of St. Francis, a pilgrimage site known all over the world.
The camping is surrounded by small mediaeval hamlets, monasteries and Renaissance sites and is an ideal starting-point for excursions throughout the area. It is divided into 90 pitches of any size (the largest one is about 80 m2), some in the shadow and others in the sun. Within the campsite you can find a swimming-pool, a bar, a pizzeria, a playground for kids with a tennis-table and a beach volley field. Dogs and any kind of pets are wellcome.
