The site, which covers about 100.000 square meters, is inside a lovely pine grove and immediately adjacent to the fine, sandy beach, reserved exclusively for our clients. The location is quiet and isolated, and good tarmac roads connect it whith the delightful holiday resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia (2 kms), Punta Ala (15 kms) and Follonica (21 kms). This part of the coast can boast of average of 339 days of sunshine during the year, and owing to its temperate climate is particolary suitable for spring and autumn vacationing. It is also and ideal excursion center, with Elba and the Tuscan islands nearby, and the most important Etruscan excavated cities and a multitude of picturesque medioeval townships within easy reach.
